[TIGER Logo] Engineering Service Bureau (ESB) Paradigm

This paradigm presents ESBs as organizations that offer affordable, Internet-based, product-specific capabilities ranging from highly-automtated self-service analyses to one-of-a-kind full-service analyses. STEP product data-driven capabilities built upon DAI techniques are the hallmark of this type of bureau, enabling friendly usage by non-analysts.
