This document is a compendium of different methods of specifying the content of the PWB- Thermal Bending PBAM. Product model Based Analysis Model entities (PBAMs) are product-specific wrappers of one or more analysis models, as well as explicit representations of the association between design entities and analysis entities. An instance of a specific type of PBAM is the entry point for user interaction for a particular analysis.
For a further description of the analysis model (termed an ABB) which is being used to analyze this warpage, please refer to the About the Thermal Bending ABB Page.
For a further description of the product model, please refer to the PWB Product Model Specification Page.
Documentation consists of a Associativity Diagram which graphically depicts the relations among the variables in the PBAM, and a PBAM Constraint Schematic which further details those relations. Finally, this information represented by this PBAM is also available as an Express Schematic.
The above PBAM can be described in Express. The following Express file is not a complete schema, because all portions of the file which do not directly relate to the PWB Thermal Bending PBAM have been removed for clarity. Note that the formulas used to obtain analysis results are defined here by means of WHERE rules.
